Following approval from the Saskatchewan Rate Review Panel, the provincial government approved a SaskEnergy decrease yesterday that will take effect on April 1st.   The average residential customer who subscribes to equalized payments will see a monthly decrease of just over $6.00 per month.   SaskEnergy applied for the decrease in February stating low natural gas costs that are not expected to rise any time soon. Crown Corporations including SaskPower, SaskEnergy and the SGI Auto Fund regularly review their rates and pricing through applications to the Saskatchewan Rate Review Panel (SRRP).
